Judicial and Arbitrary Practice is a fundamental area of the Group’s professional activities.

Lawyers of the given area are specialists who have an extensive unexceptionable judicial practice, best oratory skills, communication skills, work-under-stress skills and personal combativity. They are professionals who are able to instantly process an extensive amount of multidisciplinary and multilevel information, promptly and constructively react to a changing situation during hearings of the case (court session), make responsible and reasonable decisions.

Lawyers of the practice are highly qualified in settling disputes in state courts of all instances and arbitrations including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the RF, the Constitutional Court of the RF (in particular, the most fundamental issue of a so called “success fee” for the RF lawyers’ community), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC). Our lawyers are also experienced in preparing legal positions for international justice - Lausanne and London arbitration courts, Switzerland civil and criminal courts. We formed a unique practice of dignity, honor and business reputation protection for a Russian citizen, the president of Russian Boxing Federation (RBF), the president of European Emateur Boxing Association (EABA), the vice-president of International Boxing Association (AIBA).

Legal work on the return of assets, debt collection and creditors’ recovery protection are extremely promising and demanded today. Rights of ownership of a world's leader in gas and manufacturing industry for objects estimated more than 30 mln $ have been restored in 2009.

PRINCIPIUM’s lawyers successfully practise in taxation, corporate law and law of obligation. Throughout last year our lawyers were participating in more than 150 litigations connected with protection of debt collections,  protection from creditors’ collections, support of bankruptcy processes. The Group’s lawyers participated in lawsuits that total in more than 32 billion roubles.
