PRINCIPIUM is highly experienced in creditors’ collecting protection; the practice is formed as a result of employees’ participation in the following areas:
• collecting protection in judicial practice and execution proceeding;
• collecting debts in judicial practice and execution proceeding;
• preparation and conducting of reorganization of debts and companies, novation of responsibilities and rights assignment, protection of these procedures in court;
• participation in creditors’ bankruptcy, entering bankruptcy procedure on behalf of minority creditors to obtain control over the debtor.

At the time the Group employees are participating in the interests of creditors (holders of default bonds) in the bankruptcy processes of Martha Finance and one of its guarantors and also in the bankruptcy process of AirUnion, KrasAir, Minnesco Novosibirsk. Debt on default bonds is being collected from Agroholding-Finance. The total amount of the asserted claims is 358 mln rbl.

Defense of the largest factoring company from debts collection is being proceeded. At the moment the Group employees are proceeding in 70 trials. The total sum of the debt is 30 bln rbl.

The managing partner of the Group is experienced in guiding a law bureau OAO Kolenergo. Under his control the enterprise was the creditor of more than 40 organizations in the stage of bankruptcy. Voluntary settlements, debts restructurizing agreements, holding debt organizations secondarily liable were forged with many contractors.
