Mediation is a method of constructive dispute resolution, a way to a solution acceptable for both sides.
Prejudicial dispute resolution in a form of mediation is obviously cost saving and often the most effective way of conflict resolution. Such an approach is a single mutually acceptable resolution between associates who are cooperating with each other and are planning future common work.
Mediation is a complex system of special techniques used by a mediator to reach an agreement between disputants to find a mutually beneficial dispute resolution.
