Experience:

Legal advisers prepared legal positions for the administration of Kaliningrad region in the dispute on withdrawal of a subsoil license from an oil company.

Lawyers of the Group have been advising a geophysical and geological research since 2005 and supporting recovery of damages from a contractor (of drilling operations) caused by an accident at an oil well.

2001 The Group’s partners together with their colleagues of one of the largest audit and advising groups of Russia participated in designing recommendations to the Law “About Subsurface and Subsurface Users” of the Tax Code of the RF. The bar considered possible alternations in the article of taxation and compulsory payments for subsurface use.
