Information Field for Professionals

The Group is interested in developing professional relations between the market participants and is implementing diverse activity in this direction.

PRINCIPIUM takes active part in professional forums, theoretical and practical conferences, specialized round tables, and classifies information fields according to a number of specific spheres: debt commitment defaults, project development, direct and venture investment during the crisis, OOO (Limited liability company) Reform Act, shareholders’ agreement draft law, and assets holding systems in Russia and abroad, international arbitration, handling business activity of oil and gas complex organizations and electric power industry, etc.

PRINCIPIUM supports specialized events of such organizations as: Adam Smith Institute, C5 Company (London), infor-media Russia, Private Consulting, Business- Format. Managing Company Partner Mr. S. Kovalev was the speaker at conferences of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the RF, RA EXPERT, audit and consulting group BUSINESS SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT, European Arbitration Chamber.

Our employees give seminars to the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS, juridical institute M-LOGOS and Gubkin Russian State University of OIL AND GAS. Our employees are teaching in Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR). For example, Mr. Sergey Kovalev, PhD in Law gives courses such as “Foreign Commercial Law”, “Company Law of the RF”, “Company Law of the EU”. Mr. Sergey Zinkovsky, PhD in Law gives such courses as “Legal Theory”, “Comparing Legal Cultures”, “Problems of Constitutional and Administrative Law”. Mr. Dmitry Tugushi delivers “Constitutional Law” and “History of Foreign States and Laws”. Mr. Valery Ivansky, PhD in Law gives such courses as «Theory of State and Law», «Constitutional Law of the RF», «Foreign Constitutional Law», «Municipal Law», «Customs Law», «Administrative Law of the RF», «Foreign Administrative Law» and also a course «Administrative Justice».
